At American Tall, we want your fit to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your tall apparel isn't exactly what you expected, our streamlined portal makes processing returns or exchanges simple and fast.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, a refund to your original payment method, or an instant store credit bonus.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you as soon as your return is processed at our warehouse.
